a terrorist sleeper cell?

Remember after 9-11 all the buzz about al Qaeda sleeper cells that were all over the country, supposedly?

Remember all the terror alerts, especially any time Bush needed a distraction?

Now we have a freeper caught terrorizing famous people, including Nancy Pelosi and Jon Stewart with threats of violence and fake anthrax.

It turns out there have been very few, if any, al Qaeda sleeper cells. Instead, most of the terror is emanating from one big sleeper cell, Free Republic.

Isn't it time for an investigation the terrorist threat posed by the members of FR and Free Republic Network?

We can just picture the kind of person it attracts. It's hate radio in black and white. What I believe is what they have the most to fear is for the FBI to demand to see their membership list. They will resist, as Elad and Skinner have resisted releasing our information, but as we all noticed yesterday, there are ways to track people down, even with existing information. And what I think we might uncover with such an investigation is that there are more direct connections to the GOP. Embarrassing stuff.

But, no it's no sleeper cell. Atleast, not an Al Qaeda sleeper cell. Maybe a GOP sleep-walking cell.

They are the real movers and shakers at FR. They are a 501C Corp and have been behind most of Rove's dirty tricks for the last 6 years. Everything from Swiftboating John Kerry to Memogate.

10. Mailing a white powdery substance to terrorize the recipient is

terrorism. He should be labeled as an enemy combatant and held indefinately under the PATRIOT Act so he can see what he's been cheerleading for the past few years. Being the right wing sociopath he is, I doubt after all of that, he'll change his stance.
