9. Nah, Kos has been a hypocrite for a long time

A New Democrat who wants to wage "war" on the DLC. A pundit who bases his opinions on polls and conventional wisdom, yet claims to hate that trait, real or imagined, in politicians. A self-described "strategist" who admits he doesn't give a damn about ideology who says he wants Democrats to "fight" and "stand for something." A man who says he hates the DLC but describes himself as centrist and who supports moderate Bob Casey vigorously.

Kos is a two-faced asshat who is out for one thing and one thing only: Kos. His site is a nice tool only in the sense that it allows like-minded liberals to organize actions and activism. Kos himself IS a tool with no spine, principle, or constancy.

I'm not saying "don't filibuster". I'm saying, "the math is not good. We need to make it better in the future". Personally, I'd like to see a little fight on the part of Dems, and the way to do that is to filibuster. Even if it might be ultimately unsuccessful. The fact that it would put Chafee and maybe DeWine in a difficult spot would be a bonus.
