Giuliani compares Bush to Winston Churchill
"It doesn't matter what the media does to ridicule him or misinterpret him or defeat him. They ridiculed Winston Churchill. They belittled Ronald Reagan. But like President Bush, they were optimists. Leaders need to be optimists. Their vision is beyond the present, and it's set on a future of real peace and security," Giuliani said.

4. I think the comparisons are most apt.
Both Churchill and Reagan are certifiably braindead.

17. Perfectly catches the humor of Sir WInston
Let's compare the wit and wisdom of George and Winston:

"Never, never, never believe any war will be smooth and easy, or that anyone who embarks on the strange voyage can measure the tides and hurricanes he will encounter. The statesman who yields to war fever must realize that once the signal is given, he is no longer the master of policy but the slave of unforeseeable and uncontrollable events."

Sir Winston Churchill

10. Doesn't Rudy realize Smirk is at 33%, or 31 in one survey
And trying to reach out to Bush's right wing base when he lived with his girlfriend in two gay guy's house while still married, plus being pro choice, isn't going to fly with the religious right . Every Republican with a lick of sense is distancing from Bush not making absurd comparisons.

compared him to (gasp) REAGAN! Are they allowed to compare anyone to Reagan? Isn't he a god? I think it's sacrilegious or something.
