Please tell me why
Progressive, Liberal websites are advertising Glenn Beck? http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/beck.extremistagenda/

I've seen it many times today:

http://rawstory.com/
http://www.mydd.com/
http://www.crooksandliars.com/
http://www.dailykos.com/

Do these wonderful sources of information know something I do not? I have had the mis-pleasure of listening to him and wincing over the RW spew and border line bigotry - what's the deal?

1. I want to know why I keep hearing his disgusting ads on AAR (XM Radio).
Makes me want to tear the radio out of the dashboard. Why on earth would AAR advertise his demented rants?

2. Atrios has the answer to your question here:
Advertising

(linking to Kos)
Running an ad doesn't imply endorsement. But, if I start rejecting ads, THEN every ad that DOES run has an implied endorsement.

I don't know why some people fail to understand this simple point.

4. They've obviously rejected the "Buy Blue" concept. That's too bad.
It doesn't take a great deal of effort, although it might lower ad revenue slightly. It seems that's out of the question. :eyes:

5. I can understand that -
but it just took me aback to see it in soo many places. It was like seeing a OReally book advertisment, just seems out of place.
