Randolph was often portrayed as the bête noire of the Churchills - irascible, bad-tempered, spoilt by his father, and with a serious drinking problem.

1. Yes - Chimpy is the failure, not the success.
The criminal piece of shit.

The loser son of a successful (albeit not without criminal acts of his own, he at least IS, in most respects, a successful man) man, the one who rode the coattails, did nothing on his own, and has always and always and always been bailed out his competent father because he, the son, the shiftless ignorant criminal drug addict loser lazy no-motivation the-world-is-a-toy immature cretin of a son, is totally incapable of doing ANYTHING succesfully, except tilting the bottle of Jack into his mouth, raping prostitutes, and shitting in his own food supply.
