FUNDIE Religious people are ruining the sanctity of my future marriage |
|
Edited on Wed Nov-15-06 12:05 PM by noahmijo
See to my future wife and I our marriage is about US. We're entering a bond that's all about US.
It is NOT about religious yahoos, extremist bigoted wingnuts, phony child molesting preachers, corrupt money grubbing institutions, and overall superstitious nuttery that preys on the weak and fearful.
Nope it's about US and you people are really pissing me off with your efforts to fuck that up.
Why don't you all just get raptured already and leave me the hell alone. Your god is a prick your beliefs are based on faith not fact and I am tired of hearing about why my future marriage is all about some sort of stupid commitment to some god who abandoned me long ago for jethro up in wisconsin.
So last time. PISS OFF AND MIND YOUR FUCKING BID-NESS.
Thanks
~N~
Oh PS I propose a constitutional amendment that states that the government must stay the fuck out of relationships between two consenting adults.

1. not all religious people are fundamentalists |
|
I promise you my friend that not all religious people are cooks....I mean fundamentalists. I don't take the bible literally. I understand that these people who wrote the bible are biased and that the gospels were written many years after the life of Christ. I have read books on the "historical Jesus" and I learned a lot from that.
I understand that other religions can offer insight and inspiration. I refuse to think my way is the only way. I am not that arrogant or close-minded.
I wish you and your spouse many wonderful years together. As a future minister, the only time I would ever step in between two married people is if there is abuse.
Not all religious people are fundamentalists.

There are some legal issues wrapped up in marriage taht will keep government involved, but otherwise, I agree.

6. Fundies are nasty and controlling and sometimes dangerous |
|
It is our duty to frustrate their plans when we can, and annoy them whenever possible.
