Looks like the spirit of bi-partisanship lasted about a week after the elections.

The Republicans are trying to block Conrad and Dorgan from having a vote on drought relief for farmers in the Midwest.

8. Fine. No quorum means they also can't pass any shit legislation AND
it makes it look like the R's are ducking the responsibility of dealing with the issue of disaster relief for the farmers. Couldn't be better.
