Once things get back into a more humane pattern and people start to enjoy life again more freely, the Republicans will once again gain power with the same well worn tricks of the past.

1) Scare
2) Smear
3) Deceive

Racism is the fear of "them" not like "us" and is quite prevalent in the Red parts of these United States. Lott is back not because they haven't learned but because they know all to well what works for them. It's the only way they can win.
