Can a Vice-President be impeached? If so...this should be our target!!!
NO ONE likes Cheney. His approval ratings are horrible. His base would be hard pressed to defend him if impeachment is possible and removing him from the Chimperior cabinet rips asunder the neocon hold on power. To hell with removing Chimp...justice would require that Cheney be the PRIMARY target of removal. He is (was) the defacto President.
