Abizaid: the next Rumsfeld?
History judged Donald Rumsfeld, and the verdict was: He's an idiot.
Now this John Abizaid, whoever he is, tells the world that 20,000 more troops might end sectarian violence.
Did he forget about the 1999 war games conducted by the Pentagon, which concluded that even with 400,000 troops hell may have broken loose in Iraq?
I think John Abizaid is another clueless neocon who wants to paint a rosy picture in Iraq so that the government can keep stealing oil and resources from Iraq.

1. Cheney and Rummy kept firing generals until they got the ones they
wanted. It's called going to war with the generals you want, not the ones that might actually know what they are doing.
