BECK: OK. No offense, and I know Muslims. I like Muslims. I've been to mosques. I really don't believe that Islam is a religion of evil. I -- you know, I think it's being hijacked, quite frankly.

With that being said, you are a Democrat. You are saying, "Let's cut and run." And I have to tell you, I have been nervous about this interview with you, because what I feel like saying is, "Sir, prove to me that you are not working with our enemies."

And I know you're not. I'm not accusing you of being an enemy, but that's the way I feel, and I think a lot of Americans will feel that way.

I know that Beck has been the lead guy pushing this "Obsession" documentary that *gasp* some are using a religion to forward their own political causes often via violence and death. And last night he had his own "Exposed" bit on CNN Headline News but this is amazing.

I can't find a video of it yet but Colbert read the 1962 prison evaluation of Manson just after another comment on Rush. Eerily accurate.

8. If I were him, I would ask

him (very pointedly) to produce one quote where a Dem was saying "cut and run" ... and not in a statement of "We are being accused of wanting to cut and run ... and ..."

And then say "Why don't you prove to me that you are not working for the enemy, either, since you advocate eliminating several portions of the Constitution?"
