4. Just checked Accuweather and they're saying
areas that actually see the thunderstorms could get 3" of rain within 6 hours. Outside of the thunderstorm areas, they're looking at 1-2" within the same timeframe. That's for the DE/PA/NJ area.

6. So far just some heavy rain here 30 miles SE of D.C.
But we're in the tornado warning area, so expect lots more rain with bad storms by this evening.
