Tommy is the biggest blowhard in Wisconsin. In '00 he said he may run for president. In '02 he said he might run again for Governor of Wisconsin (he was Bush's Sec of Health & Human Services then), In '04 he said he might run against Feingold, In '06 he said he might run against Doyle or Kohl--opted out of both. Now he says he might run for president in '08. He is a major egomaniac and just likes to get the headlines. I doubt he'll run.

He is in Iowa where he says "many people are coming up to me to say, "I you run, I'll vote for you."
