To our Congressional Dems... |

STOP COWERING BEFORE THE CORPORATE MEDIA!
It makes you look like fools, and weak. They're playing you, the American People, and you're letting them get away with it.
I'm telling you--start going after THEM. Target THEM. Every time you get a microphone pointed at you, hit THEM with their hypocrisy and fear-mongering. The people already recognize it--journalists, as a group, have an approval rating on a par with the President's.
You do this, it's the first step toward breaking up the media monopolies that is contributing to the problem. Once it's in the face of the American people, the clamor will grow to an uproar and people will DEMAND something be done.
Don't shrink from it--confront it.

3. The Media really did a swiftboat job |

Murtha or assisted those who started it, IMO.
As usual they felt compelled to protect Bush and not have any Democrat who is confrontational in a strong position to stand up to Bush. The propaganda channel posssibly inadvertantly gave this information as they bashed Pelosi and Murtha.
IMO it is lower than dirty trash for persons in either party Democratic or Republican to go back 20 years and dredge up some past mistake or wrongdoing. It is bad enough when one Candidate does it against another but when the Media know a person has been cleared and they keep repeating the issue over and over, it is terrible. The Media is trusted less than Used Car Salesmen according to polls and here is an example of why.
You can count on them to bail Bush out or keep him propped up and or protect him from confrontation.
