(second article down)

<snip> Time magazine goofed -- badly -- on Tuesday when it included former congressman Tom DeLay on a panel to discuss the candidates for its annual Time Person of the Year designation.

Tom DeLay? Tom DeLay? What a terrible choice. I can appreciate that Time wanted to include a notable Republican in the conversation so nobody could say it was tilting toward the left. (What the heck. Maybe Bernie Kerik was unavailable).
Think about it. Time couldn't find anyone more suitable than DeLay, a disgraced ex-congressman? In September 2005, a Texas grand jury indicted DeLay, a Texas Republican and then the House Majority Leader, on a charge of criminally conspiring with two political cronies to put illegal corporate contributions into 2002 state elections. These helped the Republican Party, as the Washington Post pointed out at the time, to "reorder the congressional map in Texas and cement its control of the House in Washington."

1. It's absurd how the MSM still treat that thieving thug

like some kind of respected elder statesman. Like we should give any weight to anything he says??

I kid you not.

"She worked for years putting a strategy together, building a huge coalition. She held the Democrats together in the House like I have never seen before. She is going to change America!"

6. Find who DeLay thought was best, and then choose the opposite.
Thanks for the help, Tom.

(PS - you'll look great in orange)
