Pretty sure Jr. gets knackered on these trips abroad. His people apparently don't insist that host nations not serve the President alchohol. He always looks to be either "in his cups," or just kind of slack---usually the latter.

Funniest thing about that last picture: could they look any less like they're drinking a toast? They look like two strangers waiting for a bus, who just happen to be drinking Wine. It looks like one of them was photoshopped into the other guy's picture.

Somebody should teach him how to hold a wine glass when there are cameras around.
