I spok to one soldier who was involved in the training. He said that his Iraqi unit just received brand new glock sidearms and armored humvees. He said he hadn't fired a new gun or ridden in an armored humvee since he got to the war. The problem is we are sending these units on near suicide missions. Not a wonder recruitment is low. Kind of like here.
