O'Reilly lies again... says Fox Broadcasting has "nothing to do" with Fox News
O'Reilly Lied About Connection To Fox Broadcasting Over OJ Interview...

Bill O'Reilly got his falafels in a bunch last night over news that O.J. Simpson will explain precisely how he didn't-but-might butcher his ex-wife and her friend--on a Fox prime-time special. Said the frequently flabbergasted superpundit:

"Here's a man many believe did kill those two Americans, Nicole Brown Simpson being mother of his two children. Yet Simpson is participating in a project that is exploiting the murders. Shamefully, the Fox Broadcasting Unit is set to carry the program, which is simply indefensible, and a low point in American culture. For the record, Fox Broadcasting has nothing to do with the Fox News Channel."

1. I have a firm principle for truth-detection:
Never believe anything until either the White House or someone at Fox denies it.

2. I think Mama hit on this this morning.
I hope he keeps it coming, because the comedy of Kate Harris is about to take a long sabbatical.

3. here's a man many believe did kill those two americans?!
Two Americans? For fuck's sake, Billo. They were people. Who the hell refers to murder victims in Brentwood as Americans?!

6. That sure does stand out, doesn't it? Weird phrasing, even for Falafel Boy.

12. I can see the use of it if the murderer *wasn't* American.
Well he is black. That makes sense.

4. Except for all the money going to Murdoch he's right
I mean come on. There's a strange dichotomy at Fox. Think OReilly vs Homer Simpson. Rupert Murdoch will take ANYONE'S money without a twinge of conscience.

7. Either The Family Guy or The Simpsons
had a hilarious episode where the Fox News ticker was running down below, showing the craziest shit (not unlock the real Foxs News ticker). I know that Seth MacFarlane(the creator of The Family Guy) loves to snub his nose at Fox.

9. Oh? Which one of them negotiated with terrorists and
paid a ransom of 2 million to get their newsman/photographer back? two million that the terrorists then bragged they would use to by arms to use against Israel?

11. And MSNBC Isn't NBC, Right Bill?
Wanna bet the paychecks OJ gets come from the same bank as BillO's?

BTW...Faux's corporate...News Corp...just put Al Jezeerah's English language service on their European satellite service.

I all but avoid anything Faux here...including avoiding watching first runs of the Simpsons (we have plenty of DVDs that are far better shows) and catch the Family Guy reruns on Cartoon Network. I'll even avoid watching NFL football cause it iritates me no end to see that logo and what it's meant to the exploitation of its audience.

Technically Faux Noise Channel is not directly operated by the Entertainment division. One in New York, the other operats out of LA, but it's the money make on the Faux "entertainment" network that funds Faux Noise Channel. Also, the network carries the Chris Wallace weekend sham.

But then when was accuracy and honesty a part of BillO's MO?

13. That's bullshit
Roger Ailes is not only the head banana at FOX News, he's in charge of the television station group, consisting of affiliates of FOX's broadcast network and the quickly fading My Network TV.

14. That's odd, why does Fox News Sunday appear on both Fox News...
and Fox broadcasting?

Why are they owned by the same person?

Interesting that he would say something so fucking ridiculous.

he's obsessed with the OJ thing. and he's a arrogant lying scumbag.

Oh yea, Savage is a homophobic, racist hatemonger. The crap he was spewing today almost made me ill.

Tomorrow, I will be controlling the radio. Hello Thom Hartman! :)
