2. Happens every time we have a Project X phase go active.

Skinner and company keep shovelling more coal into the boilers, but Project X always ends up sucking up all the thermal energy. It leaves the Web site a bit starved.

When the Repukes really have to worry is when we're at higher Defcons. You can bet that things are pretty damned hot in the boiler rooms but a damned sight hotter for the Repukes to whom Project X is targeted.

Relax and be in awe of the wonder of Project X.
