Important, Though Pointless Aside: Democrats seriously need to form and fund a "Federalist Alternative Society"; we should be preparing our Law School graduates for organized resistance to the activities and plans of the Federalist Society--and someone has to pay for the development of such organizations--which means, it's up to Democrats in general to do it. Republicans have their 'wealthy benefactors' providing the wherewithal (thus further solidifying their "assimilation" of young legal minds into the Conservative Collective).
