noted wine writer Robert Parker uses a 100 point scale for rating wine, but the worst rating he gives is a 50 - so 50 points for being wet and made from grapes. So, for * favorability ratings, he gets 30% for being human and drawing a breath. That seems to be sufficient for some people!

acts like a bully. Maybe they're bitter and angry, maybe they're scared, or maybe they're just adult bullies who can't get away with their gradeschool shit anymore. Hussein had supporters as well. So did Stalin. Some people just like to be ruled by people who use strongarm tactics.

bully - not bright enough to know his limitations, cruel at heart, protected during his upbringing (coddled), so has no connection to reality. How he ever got to where he is will be one of the great mysteries of life! And people not able to see through it is yet another mystery.
