I know, at my business, it's maybe one asshole for every couple of hundred customers. But that one asshole can ruin your whole day.

That's face to face, though. On an anonymous internet discussion board, for instance, that ratio is much lower.

I'd vote higher, but in everyday life, people are pretty cool. Maybe one fluke a week or a month or so, and most often not really by an asshole, but just someone having a bad day.

But then, I think assholeism is constitutional.
