OK, I want an explanation of this link, and I want it right NOW
This link was posted in one of my threads with the suggestion that I study all aspects of the link. I went there and freaked out. Do true, for-real psyops companies advertise on the internet?

Someone with much, much more knowledge about these kinds of things please take a look, and tell me exactly what this is. Thanks. Whatever it is, it's scary as hell.

I'm going to get under the bed now.

8. Thanks. Is it PsyOps or PR?
I realize there's a fine line between the two (I know it well - I work in PR) but I'm unsure from their website which they are. Which is probably clue #1...

9. Thank you for the Slate article
very interesting and disturbing

Is there a watchdog group that shadows these types of organizations and reports to someone else, to disclose abuses?

6. It goes further than propaganda.
This company is, as you suspected, full psyops, renting out their services to (any) government and big business.

The crowd control beam-weapons and huge detention camps are only for those who don't successfully have their thinking managed by attitude-control techniques. And don't make the mistake of thinking this may happen in the future. It's already happening all around us, inevitably affecting us all to some extent, and has been for years.

Homeland Security

The last 5 years have seen a flurry of Homeland Security scenarios enacted and re-enacted on the streets of our cities. What if there is a biological attack, or the detonation of multiple explosive devices? Many of these simulated scenarios are excellent planning exercises for the emergency services and security forces.

However, a major flaw has emerged in many of the scenarios - the unmanageability of civilians. They do not behave as they are supposed to. When a virus hits a city, civilians do not line up for vaccination: they run for the hills. When terrorists are looking for a target, it is the predictability of civilian behaviour that makes the terrorists' job easier. What if there was a way to control civilian behaviour when it counts? Imagine the benefits of having civilians as cooperating partners.

Strategic Communication makes the people part of the solution, not part of the problem.

People talk about the need to be armed to fight off the government if it turns bad. Well, it turned bad, and nobody found a way to use guns to stop it. Millions of freedom-loving liberals sat complacently suckling from their television-teats, and will continue to do so even if all their friends and neighbours are rounded up and taken away. We will be constantly reassured that either the government is making us safer, or that the other party will take over soon and then everything will be made right again.
