There is a rumor that Al Franken will leave radio on December 8.

I just emailed "The Al Franken Show" suggesting Joe Conason as the new host if that is true.

5. I agree, but do you know how much effort and time

it takes to host a radio show? The stuff you hear on air isn't ab-libbed, it's researched and some is scripted to a certain degree.

Joe does good work, I say let him continue doing what he does well.

I live for Joe Conason on Al on Fridays, and would be beyond pissed to lose him when Al departs. He kicks so much ass as to be ridiculous...
