3. Words interpret the actions

Consequently, people who live in low income housing and have govt health care and food stamps - end up believing that it's the liberal economy causing them to depend on the govt instead of realizing they'd be in a tenement with the 'free market'. Speaking of which, the new shipping container housing seems uncomfortably similar to the way people lived before we built actual apartments and subsidized homes. It takes quite powerful words to convince people they WANT to live in a shipping container and that any other option is both too much to expect and impossible to provide.

So while I'm inclined to choose actions over words - words have created the environment for some pretty horrific actions these last 25 years.
