I think the caucus voters should have listened to N. Palosi.
Murtha would have been a STRONG opponent of the war and being in a high position
in the House that would have been a very good thing. Hoyer is let-down.
He is too soft on the war and too pro-Israel, therefor weak as an anti-war legislator.

not this shit again. This has been done to death but I'll explain it one more time using small words. On just about any social issue you care to name Murtha is well to the right of the average Democrat. Hoyer has views and votes much more in line with the majority of Democrats on most issues.
