The recent election has changed a few dynamics in our operations and certain priorities are being reevaluated. However, all missions are still green and phase 4 should commence right on schedule with only minor changes... if any at all. The Fat Man wants to let the climate cool a bit and let a few owls find different roosts before issuing Phase 4 orders but the delay will not harm mission critical objectives and a phase 3 report will be forthcoming so stay tuned.
