Removing the "/" didn't help. When I click on your link, all I see is this with a link to microsoft.com:

The only way to see the .flv file is to download a 68 meg file - something I do not want to do. Also, I doubt if everyone here can even view a .flv file.

Maybe you can find another way? :shrug:

Different ideological systems on the right will share some similarities but the U.S. system bears little relation to Nazism. The U.S. has been in a transitional stage from bourgeois market liberal republic to a corporate plutocracy for the last twenty years. We'll see if the Dem Congress can reverse that trend.

Bush himself is not a Nazi. He is more of a weak monarch dominated by his close circle. U.S. foreign policy is not about living space for racial national expansion, but mostly to do with national prestige and business interests.

I often find Third Reich comparisons to be lazy and ill-thought out. Neoconservatism is an ugly philosophy in its own right but it is not Nazism.

accusations of Nazism are lazy and hurled around too often; it dwindles the significance of the horrors of Nazism, reducing it to a cheap ad hominen attack. Hell, i've been accused of being a Nazi by conservatives claiming Nazis were liberals! I think it hurts Bush and his cabal more if we call them out for what they really are. Two-bit clowns and pathetic man-children with too much power. Go back to cheerleading, Bush: its really the only thing you were ever good at.

which fit fairly well with your "weak monarch dominated by his close circle" - undercurrents of militarism, expansionism of markets, powerful arms businesses. It doesn't bode well for the future, of course, because Germany showed how that could develop into the even worse state of Nazism, if people screw things up. The good news is that it took other countries behaving stupidly as well to start WW1, so if there is a parallel, it's not entirely dependent on Dubya and his cronies 'doing the right thing'.
