"World's Most Incompetent Terrorist" Contest Now Closed

According to http://angry-biscuit.livejournal.com/, someone sent poisoned homemade treats--cookies and candies--to all nine Supreme Court Justices and some soldiers. The goods were laced with a vast amount of rat poison.

Included with the lethal treats were notes: "I am going to kill you. This is poisoned."

The letters did not seem to pose much of a real danger since the threatening note told the recipients the food was poisoned. In court papers submitted with the plea agreement, prosecutors said each of the envelopes contained a one-page typewritten letter stating either "I am" or "We are" followed by "going to kill you. This is poisoned."
