Which means that at this late date they're really taking a financial soaking on their ethical position--the book is printed, shipped to stores and ready to drop, and the special is already in the can.

but I take offense to O'Reilly preaching and demanding that everyone do the obvious. I doubt many people were planning to tune in. It is O'Reilly who gave the upcoming special all that publicity.
