Which President would be worse?
A President who listens to the polls? (RW Nuts often claim Bill Clinton did this)

Or a President who listens to his wealthy constituents? (Bush often does this with his Bush Power Rangers)

1. The Latter is Worse
The latter, but not by much. Clinton was a poll-driven triangulator, and so-so president: he savaged the Middle Class, but didn't get too many people killed, and was reasonable with a budget.

Bush is probably the worst President ever.

3. Well I've always thought Buchanan, Nixon, and Pierce the worst, but
Bush sets a new lower standard.

5. Harding had some good points too though
I think harding gets a bit of a bad rap, actually. Surely he was a failure, but he was put in a situation that practically guarenteed his failure. And he did speak out against lynching, which was a rariety at that time.

Harding was a guy who had failure thrust up on him; Bush is a guy who's gone out and grabbed failure with both hands.

6. I Think That Bush is The First President Ever
To claim that he has the right to do anything, to anyone, citizen or not - and neither the courts nor Congress has any jurisdiction. In other words, he has said that the Constitution is meaningless, and he is emperor.

4. I would prefer Clinton really DID listen to polls instead of Poppy Bush.
We wouldn't be in this mess with Bush2 in charge.

8. Don't let the spin fool you, Bush's wh has been much more political
and conscious of polls than Clinton's.
