Buwahahahaha! Rachel talking about Bush wearing a dress. |
|
She remarked that Clinton started the custom at the world trade summit of all the world delegates wearing the dress of the country the summit was held in. Since it was in Seattle when he was President everyone was given leather jackets to wear like loggers, masculine and cool.
But Bush got to wear a silk tunic, which she remarked for those Americans who don't know about that native costume, would look like a dress. Well, I get the irony and he did look pissed.
But let's face it Big Dog has always reeked pheronomes of cool, Dimson just reeks.

1. IIRC, said tunic was blue |
|
which no doubt added insult to injury.

2. I wonder if the host country did that deliberately |
|
since red is often a favored color in dress for Asians?

3. He was just nervous of an errant gust of wind... |
|
and exposing his gear. Then everyone would know he 'socked up' in that flight suit for real.
