1. I usually only listen to LUCY which is commercial free
Glad to say I've missed the Oprah advert. Sounds miserable. What channels are you hearing it on?

3. Despite her shilling for her show thousands of times a day I have
never felt the need to turn to her new channel. Hit the radio, yes, curse whenever it runs, most certainly, have anger build up to unhealthy levels with her silly commercial - without a doubt.

Enough already Oprah, take a day or two off and enjoy your millions. I do not want to listen to your show but more importantly, I hate your commercials.

I guess you could put me down as a yes.

5. I'm so glad

I'm not alone. I've been going to call for two weeks and tell her she cannot sing...and should never try...and being cutesy at her age is demeaning. On edit the commercials are non stop on 167 AAR.

7. I HATE that commercial and they play it
A LOT during Sam Seder's show! How phoney can someone sound? I turn the station when Sam goes for a break. I am beginning to think it was a wiser use of my time to podcast the show because I can get it commercial free.

8. Glad there are others
who cringe at that commercial. I would rather listen to the teeth grinding ad.

10. I have XM, didn't know Oprah was on, or commercials
The stations I listen to on XM don't have commercials. Thats why I pay the money.

11. Unfortunately, if you listen to stations that run programs that appear on terrestrial radio also,
you get to hear plenty of commercials. That's how people who listen to Air America hear the ads. XM uses some of the air time to plug its own programming where on the terrestrial-radio version of the program you'd be hearing a local ad.

I hate it when she sings the theme song too. And "Hi Oprah!" "Talk to me girlfriend!" Agggghhhhh... :banghead:

13. Xm
I have XM because we don't have Air America or any liberal radio here in the fourth largest city in the U.S.

The only liberal radio we have is Pacifica KPFT-FM so at least I can listen to Amy Goodman and Democracy Now!

I have to get Mike Malloy on Computer streaming now that they fired him from Air America.
