CNN poll: Poppy made a better President than Chimp progeny, 61%-25%

1. I always wondered how

poppy's lowest approval rating was 29% and how *'s lowest approval rating is 31%. If we use the ratio of 61:25, then *'s approval rating should be 31 * 25/61 = about 12% which makes more sense.

5. But Poppy's 29% was when there was a more balanced media

and poll takers were showed less bias in their questions.
I suspect juniors numbers are more likely in the 10 - 15% range if the media were more accurate and less slanted to the right.

The bar is set pretty low when trying to determine what president was better than W. All of them.
