Comedian SINBAD: "Have Richards come to club on Black Night to 'apologize' "

Turns out comedian Sinbad was in the audience for Richards meltdown. He thinks the Letterman apology was the "lamest non-apology I have ever seen" and invites Richards to the same comedy club on Sunday, which is 'black comedian' night to apologize live and in person. :rofl:

1. Now, Sinbad is funny

Every professional comic has material available to deal with hecklers. That Richards obviously didn't have this only indicates to me that the guy is a hack. He needs to watch a few Don Rickles videos to see how it's done.

I'm sure Richards' stand-up act pretty much involves him wandering around on stage acting like a dumbass--like he did on Fridays and on Seinfeld, and pretty much in the manner of Dane Cook.

He seems like a decent guy, and I've seen some of his standup on TV -- he doesn't stoop to nastiness to be funny.
