Agent Mike: where can I send email about Peace Vigils?
I've been reading in the radical journal The International Herald Tribune that the Defense Department's "Talon" program has been compiling information on church peace vigils and meetings on non-violence, in spite of their leaderships' statements that it's not necessary

Well, our Quaker Meeting is having a Peace Vigil on Christmas Eve. I would like to save our government money they might otherwise spend on military intelligence finding out about this, so I'm thinking of including them on our newsletter email list. Where do I send the tip?

/PS - you should come - the cookies are really good, and there's hot chocolate, too (no eggnog, though)
