7. a visionary perfectionist
Edited on Tue Nov-21-06 11:54 AM by itsmesgd
Sure, I cursed him for causing us to reshoot scenes 20+ times in the cold rain, but the final product came out great as it always did. He had a great eye for the business and new how to frame every shot. Irreverent and unorthodox, these adjectives masked his genius. As anyone who has seen his body of work can testify.
Thanks for letting me stand behind your chair to watch.

9. yall know he's Wonder Woman's father in law?
Rest in peace.

Wow, what a really wonderful man:

He is a member of the NORML (National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws) Advisory Board.

"And when I look around America today I feel we're over-saturated with goods. Like most of western Christian civilization, we feel it's fine if we're comfortable and, if the rest of the world isn't, then that's their problem. We're not generous. And the idea of paying some chief executive $40m a year is just obscene. I don't deny it's nice to have silk sheets or whatever, but we live in a deeply unequal society and our luxury is both excessive and wasteful."
