So that he could be at his breakfast on time.

His lack of sense of honor and responsibility never ceases to amaze.

6. That certainly looks like the messhalls in which I ate . . .
tablecloths, silver steam trays, placesettings with stemware, centerpieces, inverted coffee cups awaiting the servers. . . yeah, that's the way I remember it.

16. LOL, I was gonna ask....
if that was a typical mess hall. Herr commander bunnypants can't be expected to eat like the common folk, now can he? I wonder if he brought his own chef and food tasters?

11. OMG, That was my first thought too!!!
Must be nice, partying all night wherever he goes, getting a hot meal, neglecting his duties, running our nation into the ground, destroying other countries, and then getting applause for being able to SERVE HIMSELF BREAKFAST.

:wtf: x 1,000.

I mean, when we do, they look like CHICLETS GONE BAD. Otherwise we're privy to his dark gaping mouth-hole from which splutters incoherent and badly-pronounced babble. And a soupcon of drool.

I know...:spank: :spank:

18. No shit. When I was last there, Hickam was an Air Force Base
I was stationed at Pearl Harbor, just next door, and we enlisteds often slipped over to Hickam to enjoy their non-com clubs.

Has the uniform for the USAF has changed radically?

10. Here's the instructions given out prior to the Prez's arrival:
From Republican Senior Military Official:

"OK, everyone listen up. President and Mrs. Bush will be here in a few minutes. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice is with them. There will be photographers here as well. I want to see lots of happy, smiling faces in those photos. I know who each and every one of you are, and if I see any frowns, scowls, or anything else that comes across as negative toward the President, you'll be cleaning toilets with your personal toothbrush for a month. You got that?!?!?

So everybody suck up to him, and if you're a Democrat it's just too damn bad. OK, here they come. Smiles for the photographers, remember I'm watching YOU!"

:sarcasm:

(That certainly explains the happy faces, since you can bet the majority of the people in that room don't approve of the job he's doing, and most probably think the man is an idiot.)
