Gitmo "Tribunals" -- TOTAL, SICKENING FARCE!!
Not just a joke, but a terrible, depraved insult directed against the illegally detained victims of the US "terror" orgy that has been devastating the entire world for the past five years!

No witnesses summoned, no evdience presented, no lawyers permitted, NO FREAKING CASE PRESENTED! These guys are not even being told what they're detained for because it's "classified"! All they get is some hearsay that they're supposed to call their own witnesses (fellow detainees only) to refute, and they are being RECERTIFIED AS "ENEMY COMBATANTS" AND DETAINED INDEFINITELY WITHOUT CHARGES ON THE BASIS OF N*O*T*H*I*N*G!

What kind of kangaroo screwball farcical perversion of justice is this? This is beneath the contempt of the Soviet Union in Stalin purge days, where at least they had the decency to put on a show trial! THIS IS A TOTAL MOCKERY OF JUSTICE!

Here's what I'm talking about: I heard clips from a couple of Supreme-Court mandated "tribunals" on NPR (yeah I know) and I couldn't fucking believe what I was hearing. This is America? This is civilization? All this injustice for an utterly bogus war on terror that doesn't even EXIST?

This is really, really disgusting!

"Tapes Provide First Glimpse of Secret Gitmo Panels"
by Jackie Northam Morning Edition, November 21, 2006 ·

http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=6514923

Audio recordings obtained by NPR provide the outside world with its first window into the secret world of military tribunals at the U.S. prison camp for terrorism suspects at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

The recordings, made by the U.S. military, are of tribunals held in the fall of 2004 to review the "enemy combatant" status of six detainees who were arrested in Bosnia in late 2001. Lawyers for the men obtained the tapes under the Freedom of Information Act and provided NPR with copies of the recordings.

Hadj Boudella (left) and Mustafa Ait Idir were arrested in Bosnia on suspicion of plotting to bomb the U.S. and British embassies in Sarajevo. After their acquittal by a Bosnian court, they were taken into custody by U.S. officials and sent to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Family photos

1. First they came for the Afghanis, but no one cared because they
had been brainwashed into thinking that all Afghanis were terorists.

2. Yep. A bunch of taxi drivers rounded up and sold by bounty hunters.
Makes me sick just to think about it. :puke:
