PHOTO: Don't forget to bring "Turkey dinner Bush" doll to your holiday extravaganza!

“It was such a cool, historic moment, I immediately wanted to make a doll to celebrate it,” said Warnock. “As I watched him carrying the turkey tray on television, I started picturing him in a display box.”

Turkey Dinner Bush is dressed in a replica of the Army Jacket, blue shirt and black pants he wore while visiting the troops, and comes complete with a turkey dinner tray similar to the one he carried last Thanksgiving Day. Unlike the company’s other dolls, Turkey Dinner Bush does not talk. This limited edition action figure is strictly limited to production of 5000 dolls.

Talking Presidents is a designer of political action figures, including Presidents Bush, Clinton, and Reagan, and of pundits including Ann Coulter.

3. Oh, quite serious.
This is the mindset of that 25% who would regard a footprint of Bush's as a collectible to be prized more than a Faberge egg.

4. Lord have mercy.
I must have one.

Twenty, thirty, fifty years from now that will be highly collectible.

Thanks to global warming, we'll all be in Nunavut for the current "Antiques Roadshow". Perhaps my descendants will score a 'Turkey Dinner Bush' to go along with my 'Malibu Ken' collection, and it will be worth a few loonies.

26. omg!
I love the description of this thing from the site that's selling them....

"The secret Thanksgiving trip was the first visit by an American President to Iraq. It was heralded by many as a great patriotic moment, and scoffed at by many others who saw the visit as merely a photo opportunity or a cowardly act due to the secrecy of the trip itself."

I'll bet the Bush-worshiper who made this nauseating doll hates this....

6. I've always pictured Bush more in a giant
"Habitrail" Ball, like for a big Hamster, something Jules Verne like, with portholes so they could roll him down the streets of any city in the world and he'd be safe, and could wave at everyone as he 'walked' the Ball..

16 inch thick glass in the Portholes would assure safety, especially since he's pissed off about 3 billion muslims :)

I'd like to see the "BUSH INAUGURAL WALK" doll, where he couldn't get out of the car in 2000 as it was pelted with eggs, now THAT would sell a lot of dolls...

20. you also need one of these (the "Pull My Finger President")
This one actually talks. It makes farting noises and tells off-color jokes. I ordered one as a gag-gift (literally) for a family of Democrats, and they absolutely loved it.

Is this guy for real or is he speaking tongue in cheek? A "cool, historic moment"?

If he said that without irony, I think a part of my soul just died.

19. speaking of uses for a plastic Bush doll ... (this is real!)
Someone did a yoga book using the Bush action figure in the flightsuit. Wouldn't Turkey Dinner Bush be great for a sequel? He could do all those poses while balancing the turkey!

"You’re probably surprised to hear that President George W. Bush does yoga. It’s true, George Bush has tapped into the fountainhead of compassion and sage wisdom that comes from one of the world’s most ancient practices. With the help of the 12 “ George Bush Elite Force Aviation action figure, author Daniel Cota will share with you the knowledge that W has gleaned from his practice. In this rare glimpse, the world’s most powerful man (in doll form) leads devotees through a series of postures which include: inversions, seated, standing, warriors, backbends, and more. W will also take you on a transcendental journey as he expounds on breathing techniques and the practice of meditation. As you walk along the path with George you will be privy to never-before heard stories from his personal life. Expect lots of dish about Condi, Cheney, Laura, and more. Bush Yoga is sure to change not only the way you see our President but perhaps even the way you see yourself."

31. PLEASE tell me it's a different John Warnock
The John Warnock I refer to is the Ph.D. who invented the PostScript imaging language that made things like desktop publishing and PDF files possible.

The John Warnock I like is a minor deity.

This other John Warnock is a pimple on the ass of humanity.
