2. Do you have the Dead City Radio CD?
There's a reading of Thanksgiving Prayer on there whose audio I actually like a lot better than the one posted on youtube. Of course, the youtube one has the accompanying video, though.

8. Davros Blog
I'm not the best blogger but here it goes : http://www.realitycrash.com/

I've been a big Burroughs fan for years. I even wrote to him once back in 1993 before he died. I basically told him that we shared the same birthday, just 60 years apart. He wrote back 2 weeks after. I have his reply framed. It is probably the most priceless item I own.

3. I've been looking for another piece of his I heard him read many years ago
It was on an album of various poets that probably came out between 1981 and 1985.

The piece started with something like, "Fellow Dinosaurs, I'd like to address the ridiculous proposition that we might go extinct..." or something like that.

Anyone recognize it?

5. Is this it?

The mp3 called Dinosaurs.

It's not those exact words but similar.

I think you found it for the person. Here's the direct link:

7. That's it! Thanks!
After a bit of reading on that page, I think the album I'm remembering was Giorno's "Better An Old Demon Than A New God".
