DoD Looks at Soldiers Mental Health
The Department of Defense held hearings trying to get a handle on the mental status of returning vets. You better you broke them.

We know through experience that war can play havoc with the mental health of soldiers. The war in Iraq is no exception. On the Peninsula today, the Department of Defense held hearings trying to get a handle on the mental status of returning vets.

The mental health task force has been holding hearings at military basis and at communities throughout the country. It is revealing that not one Iraq soldier or vet came to speak to them today. But we heard from plenty of families including one from Mill Vally who suffered the ultimate loss.

Ronie Dalton, military mother:"It was a perfect storm of alcohol and anger and something snapped."
