Today, a lot of people should just be thankful that they have a job.

What do you think is more interesting here:

The self-represented litigant catching the big law firm attorney tampering with court records

or

The relationship between the company's attorney and outside law firm? Is that a Sarbanes-Oxley violation? What kind of Board of Directors allows that to go on? If that is allowed to go on right in the open, what is going on behind the doors?

Enron, Tyco, WorldCom and beyond all the corporations want to be number one!?

1. Would you provide a summarization of what's going on here?
Big companies gaming the legal system to screw the little man is no surprise, in fact it is a standard MO. I have been to court with a big company and oh, the games they play! But the particulars in a brief readable form would be really appreciated. Thanks.
