By putting the Baathists back into power, that means they've given up completely on any democracy ideas (yet another reason for invasion up in smoke), they've given up on Shia'a majority rule, they've given up on an semi-independent Kurdish state within a state. They are trying to put one of the logical successors to Saddam in power as another strongman/dictator.

We could have had this without the lose of lives and destruction of everything. Saddam was WILLING to go into exile, he simply hadn't found anyone he could trust and Bush wouldn't wait.

2. It took me a while to see the bag on the turkey's head
