Barbara Bush the younger had her handbag stolen in a Buenos Aires restaurant. Among the items in her stolen purse was a cell phone.

I can't help but wonder what Argentinos will turn it on, call Washington, DC, and try to call dear old dad.

As other posters here have said, I'm sure that cell phone was located within just a few hours of it going missing, and the person that took it is in more trouble than they'll ever know how to get out of.
