1. Let me put it this way: I wouldn't recommend it as a wise investment in
terms of potential rare book. $20,000 sounds like a few people are bidding for the sake of raising the price which will never be worth it. Someone's gonna get stuck with the damned thing if someone else doesn't bid on it.

2. That's hilarious.
I wonder who would buy it???

It is listed as fiction and non-fiction.

12. The man is all but admitting that he did it.
But of course it's couched in vague language..."IF I did it". AND he admitted that he got paid for it.

That, to me, is a piece of shit. But of course that's only my opinion.

14. Nooooo....you are utterly, completely, totally off the mark.
You don't hear anything of the sort. Call me overtly sensitive, but the idea of cashing in on a horrible tragedy like this is a bit repellent. You know?

25. Because writing a book about how you would have hypothetically murdered the mother
of your children - and gotten away with it - is such a sign of noble character.

21. It might be the family of Nicole Brown Simpson.
They might be buying it to look for something fishy in it.

4. I bought a HC copy of Hatfield's "Fortunate Son", the cancelled bio on Bush
back when I was working at a bookstore. Glad I did, because it's now considered a "rare book" by people who decide those kinds of things.

5. Shills are likely betting this up.
Bids on items like this usually get banned before ending by ebay anyway.

I can only think of two sources who would want the books back. One is Fox and the other is any other news organization seeking a scoop on a story.
