THE PRESIDENT: Today I want to congratulate Mississippi's Trent Lott on his election to Senate Minority Whip. I can hardly believe it's been almost four whole years since me and Dr. Bill stuck a shiv in Trent's kidney just for saying out loud what every closet GOP bigot thinks – even after Trent went and done all that embarrassing groveling on the Colored Channel. more
