1. Cocoa?
Prolly a cafe-cognac, more likely. :P

That place looks unnaturally clean and neat...like no one lives there...

21. Excellent! If that's not his pet name for her, I wonder what it is...?
He has his little names for everybody- and the names are a way of putting people down and intimidating them while pretending to be witty and teasing- so what could his pet name(s) be for her? I almost think he would choose one with racial overtones, just to be a real a--hole.

Rice-a-roni?

Legs?

Black Lickorice?

????

3. What a hideous looking chair
for the someone who is supposed to be the POTUS.

Uncle Joe's cabin, maybe. Camp David, I don't think so.

5. Looks like it hasn't been redecorated
since the Carter era, roughly. Like some dreary hotel I might have stayed at with my parents back then. Bleh.

8. Exactly!
It looks like a lobby in a hotel that is desperately trying to be "upscale", but was decorated by people with no money and even less taste. (did I win the Snarky Award?) :woohoo:

6. EVERYTHING in that room is hideous...especially the occupant. He really sets the tone...
...and everything else goes down from there.

14. What'cha mean you know the lights are on but is anybody home?

It probably was a pre-recorded, automatic call. Photo was probably taken from archives.
He's a media creation. Why should this PR stunt be different?

15. Probably how he spent the year he was AWOL from TANG.
Takes a lot of nerve for a coward to send people into a nightmare so-called 'war' and then call them up and give them kudos for being there.

This is what I call real irony.

16. It reminds me of the infamous Cheney empty room Christmas card.
Shit with all the visits with Gannon, Gannon would of told him to get thee to a decorator. I mean this crowd is all about fake facades right?

...and could that pose look any more studied, stiff, and artificial?
:dunce:

25. Even the "loose fit, stretch" jeans don't hide that thickening gut.
I wonder how long it took to get that "just right" pose. Nice touch with that old fashioned, curly cord phone..
