Nora just blamed the dems for the current violence in Iraq!
She's got a puke strategist on who is agreeing with her.

"Where are the dems in all this? They're supposed to have a plan, but nooo....the dems spent last week bickering, while Iraq gets worse and worse."

I paraphrased, but that's what they just said on MSNBC.

WTF?!

This is bullshit!

2. I heard that before when I was making dinner.
Had to turn her off after that. They aren't even sworn in yet, we aren't in charge yet and the dems are now supposed to change everything just because they were elected a couple of weeks ago? Where is dear little leader, on vacation? No leadership from the WH whatsoever in 6 yrs, boy does she have some nerve.

27. This is what I just wrote to them
"I have a comment about something that correspondent Nora O'Donnell just said on MSNBC. She said, paraphrasing, "Where are the Dems in all this? They're supposed to have a plan, but nooo....the Dems spent last week bickering, while Iraq gets worse and worse."

That is a ridiculous statement. The Dems aren't in power yet. And even when they do take office in January, they still have to get past a president who seems determined to "stay the course."

Is Nora determined not to give the Dems a chance? To make them sound like bickering failures when they haven't even taken office yet? How about a teeny, tiny honeymoon once they get there, as well. Could she please try to tuck in her partisanship long enough to at least give the ILLUSION of objectivity, please?

And furthermore, the Dems may have made the mistake of facilitating our entry into this war, but they are not the ones who cajoled and misled us into it. That honor still belongs to President Bush. And as President, the buck still stops with him, NOT the Democrats.

Thank you for your time, and I hope I have the correct email address for expressing my concerns."

10. Someone tell Colbert
He made the same joke right after the election. The night he was so dejected he quit and marched out to his limo. The chaffeur (Uncle Sam) cheered him up by saying, "The Democrats have been in power now for 25 minutes, and Iraq's still a mess."

It was funny when Colbert said it.

15. tucker carlson now has a program on sunday mornings called, "Tucker"
(I've never seen the program before last Sunday. didn't know it even existed, and don't care to see the program again--but last Sunday his first guest was Dennis Kucinich, and Tucker IMPLIED that Kucinich's BRING THE TROOOP HOME would be RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BLOODBATH IN IRAQ ... these republican little shits get more incredible everyday with their use of flaming statements, distortions of truth, and false implications and accusations. KUCINICH WOULD NOT HAVE ANY OF IT AND PUT TUCKER BACK IN HIS PLACE AND THE TRUTH OUT IN SHINING FORM FOR ALL TO HEAR. I was very proud of Kucinich...

TUCKER CARLSON OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF ... but he has no shame...so to get back to NORAH WHORAH...it doesn't surprise me. It seems that is their talking points for the week. Chris Matthews pulled a similar stunt this week (I remember having made a mental note of, O there goes tweety, this is just another Tucker) although I can't exactly quote what it is he said or how he said it to blame the democrats for the violence and bloodbath in iraq.

Please tell Norah O'Donnell to not let her hatred of Democrats color her reporting. It has happened time and time again. Today she was complaining that the problem in Iraq was because the Democrats have no plan. Please. THE DEMOCRATS HAVEN'T TAKEN POWER YET! How can she blame the Democrats for the mess in Iraq?

She is a very bad reporter.

Republican control for two years. The war was started by the Neocons. They cannot just walk away and turn the mess over to the new Dem congress.

The plan should be to cut off spending for the war while moving the troops to a safer country then home.
What the pundits are saying is like blaming the firemen for the fire.
