How many days is it since Dem's took Congress and how many times
has some of the Pundits been asking what the Dems are going to do about Iraq?

I find this so infuriating. Why weren't these same pundits asking this when they had all of the Pubs on their shows during the last 3 years? Oh, I'm sorry, they didn't know Iraq was a problem until the Dems took office....wtf else is new?

I think that at least some of the Dems taking this shit should answer, gee, after - - days since the election and since we haven't officially taken the offices, we would appreciate you asking the Pubs what THEY are going to do about Iraq with the remaining time that they have in office.

Then they should mention, the fact the Bush still is the President and he is still Commander in Chief, again ask him.

6. bu bu bu but, that means that the dems are lazy and ineffectual. How dare
they wait until they are sworn in?

The absolute idiocy of today's talking heads is astounding. Keith O makes sense, so does the guy (Laurence O'Donnell??) who started screaming at the neocon on Scarborough's show. But most of the rest? well, other than being somewhat insane, the only one who makes any sense, even if you totally disagree with his conclusions, is Pat buchanan.

What is worse than the quality of the talking heads is the parochial, putrid and pathetic coverage of news in general. Forget Fox - that isn't even a news station. MSNBC has too many idiots covering idiotic stories, in the face of real, serious and deadly issues facing us. Except when they start talking about McCain's coronation in opposition to Queen Hillary's guaranteed selection for the Dems. CNN seems to be bipolar, jumping from soft news to becoming a Faux wannabe.

3. Not even future tense. What are they doing about Iraq?
They're bickering, says Nora O'Donnell, while Iraq gets worse.

So now it's us and not the President. Okay. And we're not in office yet.

4. Those greedy, lying bastards always rely on the Dems to clean
up after them. Conservatives can't govern for shit, and they're always demanding what we'd do differently, expecting us to tell them what to do, not that they'd take any of it to heart. They're too arrogant for that.

8. Drives me nuts to hear them go at that one
Six years they have had to mess things up and the Dems are supposed to have all the problems solved pre being sworn in. I think the dems are actually playing it right. Each day the mess gets worse, the WH looks worse and now even the Baker Commission that was supposed to come in right after the election with a solution is bickering. Let them own this problem for a while longer, it's not like the dems could do anything right now anyway.
